Needs Survey




The Englehart Public Library Board and staff wish to understand your needs better. We want to know how to provide you with educational, recreational and vocational services in a timely, convienient and friendly manner. Please print off a copy of the survey (from the link below) or stop by the library during opened hours and pick one up, fill it out and drop it off.

This survey is devided into the following four sections:

FORM SUBMISSION

Thank you for taking the time to answer the questions in our survey. Please drop the filled out survey off at the library building.

Submit it at the front desk during operating hours or place it securely (within book, if you'd like) in the 24/7 drop box, located to the left of the entrance of the library.

This survey will be used to help us set our priorities for the future. With your help the Library Board has accomplished an amazing amout over the previous five years. Some of the accomplishments worth mentioning are:

  1. The completion of a georgeous new building 1993,
  2. The development of our materials collection to over 18,000 titles,
  3. The growth of library use to 1300 patrons,
  4. The establishment of a computer lab capable of supporting 7 internet searches at once. These computers are also equiped with numerous educational, recreational and vocational programs. Supported by Industry Canada.
  5. The development of an Employment Resource Centre. This Centre provides us with 2 of our public computers plus a job bank, fax machine and photo copier; all of which are free to anyone needing them to pursue employment. This equipment is sponsored by the District Temiskaming Social Services Board and Ministry of Community and Social Services.
