The Englehart Nordic Ski Club
Members of Englehart Nordic are gathered in front of the aging groomer that they hope to be replacing this year. The club will be applying for funds for a newer machine from the Frog's Breath Charitable Foundation and the trillium Foundation. This year the club has 70 members enjoying the beautiful 12 kilometers of trails that run through Kap-Kig-Iwan Park. Club members are from the left, Ron Rice, Charlie Warner, Bert Hill, Doug Quinn, Dale Freeman, Tom Quinn, Anne Trouppe and Frances Freeman.
Skiers depart on the first loop of the 18-kilometre biathlon at the Englehart Ski Club on Saturday, January 21. The event was hosted by the Polaris Squadron Royal Canadian Air Cadets.
